The survey feature in Buscoou PRO allows you to efficiently send surveys to targeted mail lists, ensuring structured data collection and customer engagement.

How to Send a Survey

To send a survey:

1️⃣ Navigate to Survey Edit Area.
2️⃣ On the right side, click the "Send Survey" tab.
3️⃣ Select from the 3 predefined mail lists or create a custom mail list via Utilities → Surveys → Mail Lists.
4️⃣ If selecting Customers or Leads, you can refine recipients by specific customer groups or lead statuses.

💡 Email Sending Limitations:
Since many hosting providers limit the number of emails sent per hour, survey emails are processed via CRON JOB.
👉 Configure the email sending rate at Setup → Settings → Cron Job → Surveys.

Survey Options to Review Before Sending

✔️ Survey Short Description (View Description – Optional)

• HTML section where users will fill in survey responses.

✔️ Survey Description (Email Content)

• Configure the email message before sending.
• Use the {survey_link} merge field to include a direct link to the survey.
• If sending regular mass emails (without a survey link), omit this field.

✔️ From (Displayed in Email)

• Leave blank to use the default email from Setup → Settings → Email.
• If adding a sender email, ensure it matches your domain to avoid spam classification.

✔️ Logged-in Participants Only (Staff & Customers)

• If enabled, only staff or logged-in customers can access the survey.
• Adjust the email description to notify them that login is required.

✔️ GDPR Compliance (If Enabled)

• If GDPR is active, you can filter recipients by consent.
• Example: Send surveys only to contacts/leads who have explicitly consented to receive survey emails.
