In Buscoou PRO, you can personalize survey emails by including custom fields from a specific mail list in the email template. This allows for a more tailored and dynamic email experience for your leads and customers.
How to Include Mail List Custom Fields
1️⃣ Navigate to Utilities → Surveys → Mail Lists.
2️⃣ If you haven't created a mail list yet, add a new mail list and define the necessary custom fields.
3️⃣ When composing your survey email, locate the section to edit the email template.
4️⃣ Manually add the custom field placeholders from the mail list into the email template.
5️⃣ If multiple mail lists have custom fields, all available fields will be listed in the template editor.
6️⃣ If a mail list does not have any custom fields, it won’t appear in the list.
💡 Example of Custom Fields in Email Templates
If your mail list has the following custom fields:
{firstname}→ First Name{lastname}→ Last Name{company}→ Company Name
You can format your email like this:
📩 Subject: {firstname}, we have a new survey for you!
📩 Body:
"Hello {firstname} {lastname}, we value your opinion! As a {company} representative, your insights help us improve our services. Click below to participate in our latest survey!"
