TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE – BUSCOOU PRO

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Buscoou PRO platform, a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution provided by Buscoou LLC, designed for accountants, managers, companies, and associations that require a professional tool for managing members, clients, and documents.

By creating an account, using our services, or accessing any feature of Buscoou PRO, the user agrees to these terms.

1. PURPOSE

Buscoou PRO provides access to an online platform with modules for financial management, client/member communication, document issuance, meeting and attendance tracking, voting, and other features tailored to each client type (companies, associations, accountants).

2. CONDITIONS OF USE

Users must keep their registration data up to date and are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
Platform usage is restricted to the number of users and data volume allowed by the selected plan. Additional resources can be contracted separately.
Access credentials are personal and non-transferable. Sharing login details is prohibited.

3. SUPPORT AND AVAILABILITY

Technical support is provided through official channels disclosed on the Buscoou PRO website.
The platform uptime is 99.5% monthly, except in cases of force majeure.

4. SECURITY AND PRIVACY (GDPR)

Buscoou PRO complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union.
We collect and process personal data based on consent, legitimate interest, or contractual obligations.
Stored data is encrypted and kept in a secure environment with regular backups.
Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their data at any time.

5. ANTI-SPAM POLICY

Messages (email, SMS, or WhatsApp) sent through the platform must only target recipients with explicit consent.
Users agree not to use Buscoou PRO for unsolicited or unauthorized mass messaging (SPAM).
Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

6. RESPONSIBILITIES

Buscoou PRO is not responsible for user-generated content or misuse of the platform.
Clients are solely responsible for lawful usage and data stored within the platform.

7. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days’ prior notice.
In case of breach of terms, the account may be suspended or terminated immediately.

8. FINAL PROVISIONS

Terms may be updated at any time, and the current version will always be published on the platform.
Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
Legal disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of the license holder’s domicile.
