To create a new Knowledge Base Article in Buscoou PRO, follow these steps:
How to Create a New Article
1️⃣ From the main menu, go to Knowledge Base → Articles.
2️⃣ A new window will open. Click the New Article button on the top left.
3️⃣ Fill in the required fields:
🔹 Subject – Enter the article title.
🔹 Group – Assign the article to a specific group (e.g., Hosting, Domains, Support).
🔹 Internal Article – Check this option if the article is for staff members only. Staff must be logged into the admin area to read it. Ensure they have VIEW permissions for the Knowledge Base.
🔹 Disabled – Enable this option if you want to temporarily hide the article from customers and staff.
🔹 Article Description – Use the TinyMCE editor to add and format your content.
Accessing Knowledge Base Articles
✅ Each article will have a unique slug (URL), allowing users to access it directly.
🔹 Note for Arabic Users: If you are using the Arabic language, you must manually edit the slug in Latin characters after creating the article.
