Disabling Knowledge Base

If you don’t need the Knowledge Base feature in the customer area of Buscoou PRO, you can disable it easily.

How to Disable the Knowledge Base

1️⃣ Navigate to Setup → Settings → Customers.
2️⃣ Set Use Knowledge Base to No.

Managing Staff Access to Knowledge Base

👥 Staff members with View (Global) permissions for the Knowledge Base will be able to access internal articles within the admin area.

🔹 If you want to restrict access to specific staff members, simply do not grant them the View (Global) permission.

🔹 If the Knowledge Base is enabled, all visitors in the customer area will be able to read the articles.
