How to Configure Overdue Invoice Notifications

In Buscoou PRO, you can send overdue invoice notifications either manually or automatically through the system’s notification settings.

Option 1: Manual Notification

1. Go to the Invoices menu.
2. Select the overdue invoice.
3. Click on the Send Reminder button.

Option 2: Automatic Notification Scheduling

To enable automatic overdue invoice notifications:

1. Navigate to Settings -> Notifications -> Invoices.
2. In the field Automatically send reminder after, set:
   • 0 to send the notification on the same day the invoice becomes overdue.
   • Any other value based on your preference (e.g., 3 to send the reminder 3 days after the due date).
3. In the field Resend overdue notification, set:
   • 0 to disable automatic resending.
   • Any other value to define the frequency of resending based on the last notification date.
4. Click Save Changes.

Notification Timing

• Automated overdue invoice notifications will be sent at the time specified in Settings -> Notifications -> Invoices, under the field Notification schedule time.

With this setup, Buscoou PRO ensures that your clients receive timely overdue invoice notifications efficiently.
