How to Convert a Proposal to an Estimate or Invoice

In Buscoou PRO, you can easily convert a proposal into an estimate or invoice, streamlining the sales process.

Step 1: Select the Proposal

1. Navigate to Sales -> Proposals.
2. Find and select the proposal you want to convert.

Step 2: Convert the Proposal

1. On the right side of the screen, click the Convert button.
2. Choose whether to Convert to Estimate or Convert to Invoice.
3. A preview window will appear, displaying the converted items and estimate/invoice details.
4. Review the information to ensure accuracy.

Step 3: Finalize the Conversion

1. Once satisfied, click Save to complete the conversion.
2. After conversion, the proposal will be automatically marked as Accepted (if it was not already).

Important Notes

📌 If the Proposal Is Linked to a Lead

• If the proposal is linked to a lead who is not yet a client, you must first convert the lead into a client.
• Once the lead is a client, return to the proposal and proceed with the conversion.

With this feature, Buscoou PRO simplifies the transition from proposal to invoice, making it easier to close deals and manage finances.
