How to Link an Estimate to a Project

In Buscoou PRO, you can associate an estimate with a specific project, allowing better tracking of project-related financials.

Step 1: Create a New Estimate

1. Go to Sales -> Estimates.
2. Click Create New Estimate.
3. Select the customer.

📌 Note:

• If the selected customer has associated projects, a dropdown list of projects will appear.
• If no projects are linked to the customer, the dropdown will not be displayed.

Step 2: Link the Estimate to a Project

1. Select the project from the dropdown list.
2. Configure the estimate according to your requirements.
3. Click Save to finalize the estimate.

Step 3: View the Linked Estimate in the Project Area

1. Navigate to Projects.
2. Open the specific project linked to the estimate.
3. Click on the Sales -> Estimates tab.
4. You will see the newly created estimate associated with the selected project.

With this feature, Buscoou PRO makes it easy to track estimates linked to projects, improving financial organization and workflow management.
