How to Export Customer Invoices, Estimates, and Payments to ZIP

In Buscoou PRO, you can easily export customer invoices, estimates, and payments into a ZIP file for storage or sharing.

Step 1: Access the Customer Profile

1. Navigate to Customers in the Admin Area.
2. Select the customer profile whose data you want to export.
3. Click on the tab corresponding to the type of data you want to export (Invoices, Estimates, or Payments).

Step 2: Select Export Options

1. Choose the status of the documents to export, or leave it as All.
2. Define the Start Date and End Date for the export.
   📌 Note: The date range is based on the invoice, estimate, or payment date.

Step 3: Generate and Download the ZIP File

1. Click Submit to generate the ZIP file.
2. All selected documents will be compressed into a ZIP file.
3. Download the ZIP file to store or share the exported documents.

With this feature, Buscoou PRO allows quick and organized exporting of financial records for customers.
