With Buscoou PRO, you can send surveys to custom mail lists and collect responses from specific customer groups or leads.
How to Send a Survey to Mail Lists
1️⃣ Navigate to Utilities → Surveys and select the survey you want to send.
2️⃣ Click on the Send Survey tab on the right side.
3️⃣ Select the custom mail lists you want to target.
4️⃣ Ensure that "Only for logged-in participants" is unchecked if sending to external mail lists.
5️⃣ Click the Send button to queue the survey for delivery.
🛑 Important Notes:
- If you select "Only for logged-in participants", the survey will be restricted to customers and staff who are logged into the system.
- Emails will be sent via CRON JOB, ensuring surveys are delivered gradually to avoid server overload.
