By default, non-staff members do not have access to tickets in Buscoou PRO. However, if you need to allow certain clients or external collaborators to access the ticket system, you can enable this setting.
Steps to Enable Ticket Access for Non-Staff Members
1️⃣ Go to Settings → Tickets.
2️⃣ Find the option: "Allow access to tickets for non-staff members".
3️⃣ Set the option to YES to enable access.
Once enabled, clients and external users will be able to access and interact with tickets assigned to them. This is useful for outsourced support teams, consultants, or partners who need access to customer inquiries.
💡 Note: Granting access to non-staff members should be carefully managed to maintain security and confidentiality of support requests.
