In Buscoou PRO, ticket priorities and ticket statuses are stored in the database. However, you can customize and translate them by modifying the language files.
By default, changing the status name from the admin area will not affect how it appears to customers or staff.
Translating Ticket Statuses
The system predefines the following ticket statuses, each with an associated key:
🔹 ticket_status_db_1 → Open
🔹 ticket_status_db_2 → In Progress
🔹 ticket_status_db_3 → Answered
🔹 ticket_status_db_4 → On Hold
🔹 ticket_status_db_5 → Closed
To translate them, add the corresponding keys to the language file and define the translation.
Translating Ticket Priorities
Similarly, ticket priorities are stored in the system with these keys:
🔹 ticket_priority_db_1 → Low
🔹 ticket_priority_db_2 → Medium
🔹 ticket_priority_db_3 → High
To change how they appear, update the language file accordingly.
