Private Staff Notes

In Buscoou PRO, you can add private notes to tickets to facilitate internal collaboration among staff members. These notes are not visible to customers, ensuring that internal discussions remain private.


How to Add a Private Ticket Note

1️⃣ Open the Ticket in the admin area.
2️⃣ Click on the "Notes" tab at the top.
3️⃣ Add the private note with any relevant details.
4️⃣ Click Save to store the note.

🔹 Only staff members with access to the ticket will be able to view these notes.
🔹 This feature is particularly useful when multiple team members need to assist with a ticket.

By using private notes, your team can collaborate effectively without sharing internal comments with customers.
