When a customer opens a support ticket, they can select a related service:

How to Enable/Disable Ticket Services
1️⃣ Go to Settings → Support.
2️⃣ Locate the option: Enable Ticket Services.
3️⃣ Toggle ON or OFF according to your needs.
How to Create a New Ticket Service
1️⃣ Navigate to: Setup → Support → Services.
2️⃣ Click on "New Service" to add a new category.
3️⃣ Define the name of the service that will appear in the dropdown menu when a customer submits a ticket.
4️⃣ Save the changes.
