How to Customize Ticket Email Templates
1️⃣ Navigate to Setup -> Email Templates -> Tickets
.
2️⃣ Select the email template you want to modify.
3️⃣ Edit the content to match your brand’s tone and messaging.
4️⃣ Save changes to apply the customization.
List of Ticket Email Templates
✉️ New Ticket Opened (Opened by staff, sent to customer) – Sent to the customer when a ticket is opened from the admin area.
✉️ Ticket Reply (Sent to customer) – Sent when a staff member replies to a ticket.
✉️ Ticket Reply Notification (Opened by customer, sent to staff members) – Sent to all staff members in the same department when a customer replies to a ticket.
✉️ New Ticket Auto-Response – Sent automatically when a customer opens a new ticket.
✉️ New Ticket Created (Opened by customer, sent to staff members) – Sent to all staff members in the relevant department when a customer opens a ticket.
✉️ Auto Close Ticket – Sent when a ticket is automatically closed by the system.
📌 Note: You can disable any email template if you don’t want it to be sent.
