Tasks in Buscoou PRO help you organize work, assign responsibilities, and track progress efficiently. Follow these steps to create a task and manage team collaboration effectively.
1️⃣ Navigate to the Tasks menu in the main dashboard.
2️⃣ Click on the "New Task" button.
3️⃣ Fill in the task details:
📌 Task Subject – Provide a clear and concise title to identify the task easily.
💰 Hourly Rate – Define the hourly rate for billable tasks (if applicable).
📅 Start Date – Set the date when the task becomes active.
⏳ Due Date – Establish the deadline for task completion.
⚠️ Priority Level – Choose from Low, Medium, High, or Urgent.
🔄 Repeat Every – If the task is recurring, set the frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, or custom).
📌 Related To – Link the task to a Project, Customer, Invoice, or another feature.
🏷 Tags – Add keywords (e.g., bug, development, urgent) for better organization.
📝 Task Description – Provide additional details or instructions for the task.
4️⃣ Click Save
Assigning Team Members and Followers
After creating a task, you can assign users and add followers.
👥 Assignees – Team members responsible for completing the task.
👀 Followers – Users who need to track progress but are not assigned to execute the task.
🔔 Notifications:
- Assigned users and followers receive email and bell notifications.
- You can customize email templates in Setup -> Email Templates.
Collaborating via Task Comments
✅ Team members (creator, assignees, and followers) can add comments to tasks for seamless collaboration.
📌 How to Add a Comment:
1️⃣ Open the task.
2️⃣ Click on Comments.
3️⃣ Type your message in the text box.
4️⃣ Drag and drop files or attachments if needed.
