By default, all project tasks in Buscoou PRO are visible to every member assigned to the project. However, in some cases, you may want to limit access so that users can only see the tasks they are directly involved in.
How to Restrict Task Visibility
1️⃣ Go to Setup -> Settings -> Tasks.
2️⃣ Locate the option: "Allow all staff to see all tasks related to projects".
3️⃣ Set this option to ❌ NO.
🚨 Impact of this Change:
- Only assigned users and followers will be able to see specific tasks.
- Users who are not assigned or following a task won’t have access to view it.
- This setting does not affect Admins or users with the "VIEW Tasks" permission—these users will still have full access to all tasks.
