Buscoou PRO allows you to create recurring tasks, which automatically regenerate at predefined intervals. This feature is ideal for repetitive work, such as follow-ups, maintenance checks, and scheduled reports.
Creating a Recurring Task
1️⃣ Go to the Tasks Menu in the admin area.
2️⃣ Click on the "New Task" button in the top-left corner.
3️⃣ Enter the Task Subject – Define a clear and concise title for the task.
4️⃣ Set the Recurring Interval – Choose how often the task should be repeated.
- Options include daily, weekly, monthly, or custom intervals.
5️⃣ Save the Task – The system will automatically create new tasks based on your settings.
How Do Recurring Tasks Work?
✅ Example Scenario:
- Start Date: 2025-03-20
- Recurrence: Every 7 days (weekly)
- Next task creation: 2025-03-27, then 2025-04-03, and so on.
Once a task reaches its due date, a new instance of the task is automatically generated.
Notifications for Recurring Tasks
🔔 Task assignees will receive notifications via:
📩 Email – Informing them that a new task has been assigned.
🌐 Web Notification – Appearing in the task list area of the CRM.
This ensures that team members stay updated on their recurring responsibilities.
How to Stop a Recurring Task
1️⃣ Locate the Recurring Task
- Apply a filter in the Tasks Table to display only recurring tasks.
2️⃣ Edit the Task
- Open the task and clear the "Repeat Every" field.
- Save the changes to stop the recurrence.
Important Notes
⚠️ This feature requires a CRON Job setup to function correctly.
