To effectively track where your leads originate from, Buscoou PRO allows you to define and manage lead sources.

Step 1: Adding a Lead Source

  • Navigate to Setup -> Leads -> Sources.
  • Click Add New Source and enter the source details according to your needs.

Step 2: Setting a Default Lead Source

  • Go to Setup -> Settings -> Leads.
  • Choose the Default Source to be auto-selected when creating new leads.

Step 3: Assigning a Source to a Lead

  • Each lead can be assigned a specific source, helping you identify where your leads come from.
  • This is especially useful for tracking which marketing channels or campaigns bring in the most conversions.

Step 4: Generating Reports on Lead Sources

  • When running reports, you’ll be able to analyze which sources generate the most leads and which convert best into clients.
  • This allows you to optimize your marketing efforts and focus on high-performing sources.

How Does the Default Lead Source Work?

  • The default lead source is automatically assigned to new leads unless manually changed.
  • This saves time and maintains consistency when registering leads.
