In Buscoou PRO, you can easily send proposals to leads and allow them to interact with the document without requiring a login.

How to Send a Proposal to a Lead

1️⃣ Ensure you have already created the proposal.
2️⃣ Click on the Mail Icon 📧 located on the right side of the proposal.
3️⃣ A pop-up window will appear, displaying the email template preview.
4️⃣ Include the proposal link inside the email, allowing the lead to access the document directly.
5️⃣ Send the proposal to the lead.

Lead Interaction with the Proposal

✅ Leads can take action directly from the proposal page:

  • Accept ✅
  • Decline ❌
  • Leave Comments 💬

✅ Notifications will be sent to:

  • The proposal creator.
  • The assigned sales agent.

Both will receive a notification in Buscoou PRO and via email whenever the lead accepts, declines, or comments on the proposal.
