In Buscoou PRO, the allowed file extensions for support tickets are managed separately from the global file extension settings. This ensures better control over the types of files that customers and staff can attach to support tickets.


How to Configure Allowed File Extensions for Support Tickets

1️⃣ Navigate to Setup -> Settings -> Support
2️⃣ Locate the option Allowed File Extensions
3️⃣ Enter the file extensions you want to allow (e.g., pdf, jpg, png, docx)
4️⃣ Click Save Changes

🔹 Important: These restrictions also apply to tickets imported via Email Piping or IMAP.

By configuring the allowed file extensions, you can prevent security risks while ensuring that customers can attach relevant documents.
