How to Customize Ticket Priorities
1️⃣ Navigate to Setup -> Support -> Ticket Priorities.
2️⃣ View the predefined priorities – The system comes with default priority levels.
3️⃣ Edit priority names – Rename priorities to match your business workflow.
4️⃣ Reorganize priorities – Adjust the order based on urgency levels (e.g., Low, Medium, High, Urgent).
📌 Note: Some customers may always select High Priority, so it's important to manage priorities based on your internal response strategy.
