In Buscoou PRO, you can customize ticket statuses to better fit your support workflow. This allows you to track tickets efficiently based on their progress and priority.
How to Customize Ticket Statuses
1️⃣ Navigate to Setup -> Support -> Ticket Statuses

2️⃣ View the predefined statuses – These are default system statuses that cannot be deleted.
3️⃣ Edit status name – You can rename statuses to match your internal processes.
4️⃣ Set a color for each status:
- Click on the Edit button next to a status.
- Choose a color that visually represents the status.
📊 While managing ticket statuses, you can also see how many tickets are currently assigned to each status.
