In Buscoou PRO, you can create predefined replies to speed up responses to common customer inquiries. This feature helps support agents save time by avoiding repetitive typing and maintaining consistency in responses.
How to Set Up Predefined Replies
1️⃣ Navigate to: Setup -> Support -> Predefined Replies.
2️⃣ Click on the Add Predefined Reply button.
3️⃣ Enter the title and content of the predefined response.
4️⃣ Click Save to store the reply for future use.
How to Use a Predefined Reply in a Ticket Response
1️⃣ When replying to or opening a ticket, click on the Predefined Replies button.
2️⃣ A popup window will appear with a list of predefined replies.
3️⃣ Click the plus (+) icon next to the reply you want to insert.
4️⃣ The text will be automatically added where your cursor is positioned in the reply editor.
